Johnson had already won five in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 4.6 runs) and they went ahead and made it six on Wednesday. They walked away with a 6-1 win over the Churchill Chargers. The Jaguars have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Chargers, too.

Johnson pushed their record up to 17-9 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. Those road wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.5 runs on average over those games. As for Churchill, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 8-15.

Johnson will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Chargers: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday.
