Softball Recap: Bishop Eustace Prep Takes a Loss

Bishop Eustace Prep was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They lost 16-2 to the Cherry Hill West Lions. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Lions this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 back in April.

Bishop Eustace Prep's defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Cherry Hill West, their victory ended a five-game drought at home dating back to last season and bumped them up to 5-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Bishop Eustace Prep is set to challenge their familiar foe Moorestown at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Cherry Hill West will square off against rival Camden Catholic at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
