Zac Smith posted a new career-high in runs on Thursday. He got on base in four of his six plate appearances with three runs, four RBI, and one double, good enough for us to rate the performance as the best he's had all season long. He also tossed a walk, which is notable because Plumas Charter is 3-1 when he allows at most one walk, but 5-6 otherwise.

Smith and Plumas Charter will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Burney at 4:00 p.m. on the 21st.
