Recap: Hernando Christian Academy Lions vs. Seven Rivers Christian Warriors
The Hernando Christian Academy Lions suffered their biggest defeat yet this season on Tuesday. They were outmatched by Seven Rivers Christian on the road and fell 63-16. Hernando Christian Academy has not had much luck with Seven Rivers Christian recently, as the team's come up short the last six times they've met.
Kenni Claus was Hernando Christian Academy's leading scorer, having posted three points.
Leading Seven Rivers Christian to victory were Jurisah Bailey and Annalise De beer. Bailey scored 16 points along with six rebounds and five steals, while De beer almost dropped a triple-double on 14 points, 12 rebounds, and nine steals. De beer is absolutely dominating the steal category: she's posted at least two every time she's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Joy Sullivan, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Hernando Christian Academy's defeat dropped their record down to 6-9. As for Seven Rivers Christian, their win bumped their record up to 10-3.
