            Eden Christian Academy will challenge the Homer-Center Wildcats on Thursday. Eden Christian Academy's pitching crew has only allowed 3.8  runs per game  this season, so Homer-Center's hitters will have their work cut out for them.
Eden Christian Academy is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup  on Monday. Their pitcher stepped up to hand DuBois Central Catholic  a   4-0 shutout.
 Noah Emswiler was a  major factor no matter where he played. He looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run while striking out six over seven innings pitched. He has been consistent: he hasn't  given up  more than one  earned run in five consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box,  going 2-for-4 with one  home run and three  RBI.
 Emswiler wasn't  the only one making solid contact as  five players wound up with at least one hit. One of them was  Brett Feldman, who  went 1-for-3 with one  run and one  double.
Meanwhile, Homer-Center had already won three in a row and they went ahead and made it four on Monday. They blew past the Mighty Mikes 10-0. Considering the Wildcats have won ten matches by more than five  runs this season, Monday's  blowout was nothing new.
Homer-Center got a  massive  performance out of  Collin Dunn, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with three  RBI and two  runs. Another player making a difference was  Brayden Rado, who  went a perfect 3-for-3 with three  runs and one  stolen base.
 Homer-Center  kept the outfield on their toes and  finished the game with 12  hits. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Carmichaels only managed three  hits.
 Eden Christian Academy has  been performing  well recently as they've  won nine of their last 12 games. That lines up perfectly with their 15-5 record  this season. Those  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Homer-Center, their win bumped their record up to 20-5.
