Soccer Recap: Lincoln Park Takes a Loss

Lincoln Park managed to keep up with Trenton until halftime on Wednesday, but things quickly went downhill from there. The Railsplitters came up short against the Trojans, falling 6-0. Having soared to a lofty six goals in the game before, Lincoln Park's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Lincoln Park has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost five of their last six matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 3-7 record this season. As for Trenton, the victory was the sixth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 8-5.

Looking ahead, Lincoln Park will head out to challenge Roosevelt at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Trenton, they will challenge Salem at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
