Ash Fork waltzed into their matchup on Friday with three straight wins... but they left with four. They blew past the Grand Canyon Phantoms 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-6, 25-9.

Ash Fork can attribute much of their success to Aura Mendez, who had 14 digs.

Ash Fork was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 20 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in five consecutive contests.

Ash Fork's record is now 18-5. As for Grand Canyon, their defeat was their sixth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 2-11.

Ash Fork didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 win against Music Mountain on the 21st. As for Grand Canyon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next matchup, a 3-0 loss against Joseph City on the 24th.
