Baseball Recap: Park Vista Cobras vs. Leonard Lancers

With a playoff game on the line, Park Vista rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They never let the Leonard Lancers onto the board and left with an 8-0 win. The result was nothing new for Park Vista, who have now won eight contests by six runs or more so far this season.

Ethan Mattison tossed a big game, not allowing a single earned run and only two hits while striking out 11 over six innings pitched. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't tossed less than six strikeouts every time he's pitched this season.
