Scranton is 7-2 against Westside since April of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Rockets will square off against the Rebels at 4:00 p.m. Scranton knows how to get runs on the board -- the squad has finished with ten runs or more in their past three games -- so hopefully Westside likes a good challenge.

22 must be Scranton's lucky number: they beat Western Yell County with that score not once but twice on Tuesday. The Rockets were the clear victors by a 22-1 margin over the Wolverines. Considering the Rockets have won six matches by more than eight runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Meanwhile, Westside unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Tuesday. They fell just short of Hector by a score of 4-2.

Scranton has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 14.4 runs over those games. As for Westside, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

Scranton took their win against Westside when the teams last played back in March of 2024 by a conclusive 15-1 score. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Rockets since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
