Heritage Christian has gone 8-2 against Maranatha recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. They strolled past Whittier Christian with points to spare last Tuesday, taking the game 75-57. The Minutemen pushed the score to 64-40 by the end of the third, a deficit the Heralds cut but never quite recovered from.

Maranatha pushed their record up to 7-13 with the victory, which was their third straight at home. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.7 points per game. As for Heritage Christian, their win bumped their record up to 18-2.

Heritage Christian strolled past Maranatha in their previous meeting back in January of 2024 by a score of 63-48. Will Heritage Christian repeat their success, or does Maranatha have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
