Volleyball Recap: Walled Lake Northern Takes a Loss

The Walled Lake Northern Knights came up short against the Marysville Vikings on Saturday and fell 2-0.

Anna Lock paced Walled Lake Northern's offense, picking up seven kills. Lock got some help from Morgin Parsley and her eight assists.

Walled Lake Northern's defeat dropped their record down to 3-2. As for Marysville, their victory (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Walled Lake Northern has already played their next contest, a 3-0 win against West Bloomfield on the 27th. After both having extra time off, Marysville and Utica will shake off the cobwebs and hit the court against one another at 6:30 p.m. on September 3. This will be the Vikings' first chance to prove their worth in the conference.
