Baseball Recap: Brodhead/Juda Comes Up Short

Brodhead/Juda managed to slip by Evansville the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Cardinals lost 8-1 to the Blue Devils on Tuesday. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest loss the Cardinals have suffered against the Blue Devils since May 7, 2021.

Braylon Strehlow was cooking despite his team's loss, going a perfect 2-for-2 with two doubles, one stolen base, and one run.

Brodhead/Juda's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Evansville, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Brodhead/Juda does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Evansville, they will take on Brodhead at 4:45 p.m. on Thursday.
