Softball Recap: Lane Tech Champions vs. Payton College Prep Grizzlies
Lane Tech barely beat Payton College Prep the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Champions' pitcher stepped up to hand the Grizzlies a 14-0 shutout on Wednesday. The win continues a trend for the Champions in their matchups with the Grizzlies: they've now won eight in a row.
Olivia Segura was incredible, getting on base in three of her four plate appearances with one home run, four RBI, and two runs. Another player making a difference was Chayse Radcliff, who went 3-for-4 with three runs, two doubles, and one RBI.
