Volleyball Recap: Abraham Lincoln Comes Up Short

Abraham Lincoln was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their tenth straight defeat. They came up short against the Franklin Towne Warriors, falling 3-0. The Railsplitters were not able to make up for their loss to the Warriors from their previous meeting back in October of 2024.

Abraham Lincoln's defeat dropped their record down to 0-10. As for Franklin Towne, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-6 record this season.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Abraham Lincoln will face off against Central at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Franklin Towne, they will square off against Carver High School of Engineering & Science at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday.
