Softball Recap: Silver Stage Takes a Loss

Silver Stage was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Yerington Lions, falling 16-3. The Nighthawks were not able to make up for their loss to the Lions from their previous meeting back in April of 2024.

Silver Stage saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Julieta Munoz, who scored a run while going 2-for-3.

Silver Stage's defeat dropped their record down to 1-12. As for Yerington, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 12-5.

While Silver Stage had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday.
