They put the hurt on the Paloma Valley Wildcats with a sharp 48-27 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what the Golden Bears needed considering they were shut out in their previous match.

One reason for the win was Temecula Valley's imposing defense, which managed to get into the backfield for five sacks. That dominant display was truly a team effort as five different players picked up one apiece.

Paloma Valley's loss came despite strong showings from Orlando Gonzalez and Noah Davis. Gonzalez threw for 207 yards and four TDs, while Davis picked up 37 receiving yards and a pair of scores.
