Loara's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Tuesday. They snuck past the Rancho Alamitos Vaqueros with a 62-58 win. The Saxons' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Despite the loss, Rancho Alamitos still got an impressive performance from Osvaldo Ramos, who dropped a double-double on 29 points and 15 rebounds. Those 29 points gave Ramos a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Allen Acosta, who posted 11 points and five rebounds.

Loara moved to 1-4 with that victory, which also ended their four-game losing streak. As for Rancho Alamitos, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six matches, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-7 record this season.
