Football Recap: Riverview Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Riverview dropped to 6-4 on Friday, ending the team's four-game streak of wins on the road. They were beaten by the Armwood Hawks 49-7. While losing is never fun, the Sharks can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Florida football rankings (they are ranked 161st, while the Hawks are ranked eighth).

Carter Peternell threw for 135 yards and one TD. Xavier Kelly was his top target, picking up 80 receiving yards and one score.

As for Armwood, the win keeps them at an undefeated 10-0. The victories came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they've averaged 44.3 points this season.

Rhys Brush continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 50 yards and three touchdowns, while also throwing for 92 yards and one TD while completing 75% of his passes. Those three rushing touchdowns gave him a new career-high. Christopher Pressley Jr. was another key player, picking up 108 receiving yards and one score.

As of now, neither Riverview nor Armwood have any future games scheduled.
