Softball Recap: Madison's Losing Streak Snapped at Four Games

Madison can bid farewell to their four-game losing streak thanks to their game on Friday. They came out on top against the Skyline Grizzlies by a score of 8-3. The Bobcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Grizzlies, too.

Madison now has a winning record of 5-4. As for Skyline, the loss snapped their winning streak at three games and leaves them with a 5-3 record.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Madison will challenge Pocatello at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Bobcats' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Thunder have averaged an impressive 6.9 runs per game this season. As for Skyline, they will face off against Sugar-Salem at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
