Baseball Recap: Prescott Comes Up Short

Prescott was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They lost 18-3 to the De Queen Leopards.

Dalton Stockton made the most of his time in the batter's box despite the final result and went a perfect 3-for-3 with one double and one RBI.

Prescott's loss dropped their record down to 1-5. As for De Queen, their win was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Prescott will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Harmony Grove at 4:30 p.m. on the 30th. As for De Queen, they will venture away from home to face off against Magnolia at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
