Basketball Recap: Walnut Ridge Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Walnut Ridge took on Manila on Friday. The Walnut Ridge Bobcats fell 59-49 to the Manila Lions. The Bobcats have struggled against the Lions recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive lost matchup.

Walnut Ridge's loss dropped their record down to 11-17. As for Manila, the win (which was their 13th in a row) raised their record to 24-5.

As of now, neither Walnut Ridge nor Manila have any future games scheduled.
