Volleyball Recap: Beaver Island Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Beaver Island was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Mackinac Island Lakers, falling 3-0. Unfortunately, that's the fourth time they've come up short against the Lakers this season, with their most recent loss being a 3-0 defeat back in October.

Beaver Island's loss dropped their record down to 3-11-1. As for Mackinac Island, they are on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 15-6 record this season.

Beaver Island does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mackinac Island, they will square off against St. Ignace at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday.
