Basketball Recap: Carnegie Piles Up the Points Against Cement

Carnegie won the last time they faced Cement and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Wildcats breezed past the Bulldogs to the tune of 86-59. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Wildcats.

Carnegie's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Hudson Harrison led the charge by dropping a double-double with 15 points and 11 boards. The team also got some help courtesy of Kevin Galvez, who almost dropped a double-double with 16 points and nine rebounds.

Carnegie was working as a unit and finished the game with 22 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since the start of last season.

Carnegie's record is now 2-0. As for Cement, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Looking ahead, Carnegie will host Apache at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Cement, they will venture away from home to square off against Geary at 11:20 a.m. on Thursday.
