Volleyball Game Preview: CSTHEA Patriots vs. Baylor Red Raiders

CSTHEA is 0-3 against Baylor since October of 2022 but things could change on Monday. The Patriots will challenge the Red Raiders at 6:00 p.m.

On Thursday, CSTHEA came up short against Knoxville T and fell 3-1.

While CSTHEA ultimately came up short, they really made Knoxville T work, particularly in the first set. The match finished with set scores of 26-24, 25-16, 10-25, 25-17.

Meanwhile, Baylor waltzed into their matchup on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They came out on top against the Bruisers by a score of 3-1.

The victory didn't come easy: Girls Preparatory School scored at least 20 points in every set. The final score came out to 25-20, 26-24, 16-25, 25-20.

Baylor's win bumped their record up to 23-5. As for CSTHEA, their loss dropped their record down to 24-7.

CSTHEA suffered a grim 3-0 defeat to Baylor when the teams last played back in October of 2024. Can the Patriots avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
