Basketball Recap: Eustis' Victory on Monday Extends Winning Streak to Five

With a playoff win on the line, Eustis rose to the challenge on Monday. They took down the Santa Fe Raiders 67-52. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

It was another big night for Cornelius Hines, who dropped a double-double with 21 points and ten rebounds. He has been hot recently, having also posted two or more blocks the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Timothy Key, who posted 18 points.

Eustis smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 11 offensive rebounds. That's the most offensive boards they've posted since back in December of 2024.

Eustis' victory bumped their record up to 20-8. As for Santa Fe, their loss dropped their record down to 17-11.

Looking ahead, Eustis will square off against Atlantic at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. Eustis is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.9 points per game this season. Santa Fe does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
