Volleyball Recap: Fort Lupton Comes Up Short

Fort Lupton saw some tournament action on Friday. They lost 3-0 to the Loveland Red Wolves. The Bluedevils have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-14, 25-11.

Kyleigh Taylor paced Fort Lupton's offense, picking up four kills. Taylor were helped by Andrea Anguiano and Genesis Diaz, who contributed three assists each. Gabriella Aviles controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Fort Lupton's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Loveland, they pushed their record up to 11-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight at home.

Fort Lupton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 3-0 defeat against Prairie View on the 4th. As for Loveland, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-0 loss against Roosevelt on the 4th.
