Softball Recap: Miller Triumphs

Miller made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Bloomington, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Miller Rebels' pitchers stepped up to hand the Bloomington Bruins an 11-0 shutout on Tuesday. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Rebels.

MIA TORRES was incredible, going a perfect 5-for-5 with three runs, four RBI, and two doubles. Another player making a difference was AMBER ALCANTAR, who went 3-for-5 with four RBI.

Miller always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .550. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bloomington only posted an OBP of .150.

Miller now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Bloomington, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Miller didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 13-0 defeat against Colton on the 27th. As for Bloomington, they will take on Jurupa Valley at 3:15 p.m. on March 5th.
