Deion Jones Game Report: vs Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial

On Thursday Deion Jones racked up double-digit total tackles for the very first time. He made 13 total tackles (1.0 for loss), but sadly Miller still had to take a 34-13 loss at the hands of Corpus Christi Veterans Memorial. Our internal rating system judged Thursday's effort as the best he's ever given (but hopefully not for long).

Looking ahead, Jones and Miller will head out on the road to square off against Seguin at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th. The last time Jones duked it out with the Matadors (back in September of 2024), the Buccaneers came out on top by a score of 56-6. Will another strong game from Jones be enough to do it again?
