John Adams entered their match against Tottenville on Wednesday without any home losses, but there's a first time for everything. The Spartans came up short against the Pirates, falling 3-0. The matchup was up for grabs at halftime, but sadly John Adams struggled afterwards.

John Adams' loss dropped their record down to 9-2. As for Tottenville, they are on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-0-2 record this season.
