Middle Tennessee Christian extended their postseason success on Wednesday against Lakeway Christian Academy. They put the hurt on the Lions with a sharp 3-0 victory. The win was nothing new for the Cougars as they're now sitting on seven straight.

Despite the loss, Lakeway Christian Academy saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Carley Cameron had 12 digs and four assists. Cameron is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had ten or more in each of the last five games she's played.

Middle Tennessee Christian's victory bumped their record up to 32-3. As for Lakeway Christian Academy, the defeat snapped their winning streak at 13 matches and leaves them with a 24-3 record.

Coincidentally, Middle Tennessee Christian and Lakeway Christian Academy will both be playing Silverdale Academy the next time they take the court. The Lions will head out to face the Seahawks at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Cougars will head out to face them at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday.
