Conway Christian has gone  a perfect 4-0 against Atkins recently and they'll look to pad the win column further  on Monday. The Conway Christian Eagles will welcome the Atkins Red Devils  at 4:30  p.m. Conway Christian will be strutting in after a  victory while Atkins will be coming in after a  loss.
On Friday, Conway Christian got the win against Bald Knob  by a conclusive  17-7.
 Isaiah Brister was a major factor no matter where he played. On the mound, he  tossed three innings while giving up   no  earned runs or  hits. Brister was also solid in the batter's box,  scoring two  runs and  stealing a base while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Hudson Wheeler, who  went 3-for-4 with five  RBI, one  stolen base,  and one  run. Another player making a difference was  Ace Koehler, who  scored three  runs and  stole  Two bases. while  getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances.
 Conway Christian was getting hits left and right  and  finished the game having  posted a batting average of .500. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Bald Knob only posted a  batting average of  .278.
Meanwhile, Atkins didn't have quite enough to beat Baptist Prep on Friday and fell  6-4.
  Cooper Goodall was cooking despite his team's loss,   getting on base  in all four of his plate appearances with two  stolen bases. The team also got some help courtesy of  Fischer McKnight, who  got on base  in three of his four plate appearances with one  stolen base and one  RBI.
 Conway Christian was able to grind out a solid  win over Atkins when the teams last played  back in March of 2024, winning  6-3. Will Conway Christian repeat their success,  or does  Atkins have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
