Soccer Recap: Caldera Comes Up Short

Caldera was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 1-0 heartbreaker at the hands of the Crook County Cowboys. The matchup was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Caldera couldn't quite close it out.

Caldera's loss dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Crook County, their win bumped their record up to 4-6-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming contests. Caldera will square off against Mountain View at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Crook County, they will head out to square off against Ridgeview at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
