Volleyball Recap: Bolles Gets the Win + How To Watch

Bolles's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Thursday. They had just enough and edged out the Tocoi Creek Toros 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest victory the Bulldogs have posted since September 3, 2024.

If you add up the scores from across all five sets (112-107) Bolles actually scored fewer points, but in the end it didn't matter. The final score came out to 18-25, 25-22, 29-27, 20-25, 15-13.

Izzy Fischer paced Bolles' offense, picking up 14 kills. Fischer got some help from Lily Adams and her 21 assists. Fischer was also solid from the service line: she led the team with nine aces.

The win got Bolles back to even at 1-1. As for Tocoi Creek, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Bolles will face off against Bartram Trail at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Tocoi Creek, they will take on Orange Park at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
