Basketball Recap: Centennial Takes a Loss

Centennial managed to slip by Louisville the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Broncos were dealt a 59-27 loss at the hands of the Lions on Saturday. The Broncos were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 37-13.

Chase Robinson was Centennial's leading scorer, having posted eight points. Tripp Hawley took the lead distributing the ball, coming up with two assists.

Centennial's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Louisville, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Centennial will be playing at home against Sandy Creek on Thursday. As for Louisville, they are taking a road trip to face off against Auburn at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
