Basketball Recap: Putnam Kingsmen vs. Ida B. Wells Guardians
Putnam was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss dating back to last season. They took a 58-52 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Ida B. Wells Guardians.
Putnam's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Ida B. Wells, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.
Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Putnam will face off against Summit at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Ida B. Wells, they will head out on the road to take on Oregon City at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
