Volleyball Recap: Reidsville Wins Going Away Against Carver

Reidsville not only won on Tuesday, but they posted their biggest win since September 17, 2024 (when they won 3-0). Everything went their way against the Carver Yellowjackets as they made off with a 3-0 win. The Rams were shut out 0-0 the last time they took on the Yellowjackets, so the Rams were just returning the favor.

Not only was the match a shutout, it was a big one: Reidsville took every set by at least 12 points. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-4, 25-7, 25-13.

Reidsville now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Carver, they are on a five-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Coincidentally, Reidsville and Carver will both be playing Rockingham County the next time they take the court. The Rams will host the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, while the Yellowjackets will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
