Having struggled with four defeats in a row, Bay turned things around against Valley Forge on Wednesday. They claimed a resounding 48-9 win over the Patriots. That 39 point margin sets a new team best for the Rockets this season.

Meanwhile, Lakewood was not able to break out of their rough patch on Wednesday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 45-33 to Rocky River. The contest marked the Rangers' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Lakewood's defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Bay, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.
