Soccer Recap: Pollok Central Takes a Loss

The Pollok Central Bulldogs lost 5-1 to the New Summerfield Hornets on Saturday.

Pollok Central has been struggling recently as they've lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-11-1 record this season. As for New Summerfield, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 10-3-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Pollok Central will take on Carlisle at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for New Summerfield, they will head out on the road to square off against Atlanta at 5:30 p.m. on Monday. New Summerfield is facing Atlanta at the right time seeing as Atlanta is stuck on a 12-game losing streak.
