After a string of three wins, Heritage's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Lebanon Trail Trail Blazers by a score of 4-3. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Coyotes of the 4-1 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2025.

Heritage saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Nolan Swyers, who went 1-for-4 with one run and one RBI.

Heritage's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 2-1 and their overall record down to 8-5-1. As for Lebanon Trail, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-18-1 record this season.

While Heritage had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
