Soccer Recap: Banning Gets the Win

Banning had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 1-0 victory over the Chino Cowboys on Thursday. Christopher Ibarra had the honor of scoring the game-winner for the Broncos.

The win made it two in a row for Banning and bumps their season record up to 18-5. As for Chino, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-9.

Looking ahead, Banning will face off against Warren at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. Warren will roll in looking for their eighth straight victory, something Banning surely won't give up without a fight. Chino does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
