Football Game Recap: Treynor vs. Missouri Valley

After soaring to 66 points the game before, Missouri Valley faltered in their matchup on Friday. They were completely outmatched, falling 6-47 to Treynor. If Missouri Valley were expecting to get some payback for the 14-20 defeat against Treynor the last time they met, then they were left disappointed.

The loss dropped Missouri Valley's record to 4-3. The win bumped Treynor's record up to 6-1.

Next week Missouri Valley take on East Sac County at 7:00 PM. Both of those teams took a loss in their last game, so they'll have plenty of motivation to get the 'W'. As for Treynor, they will face off against Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute. Maple Valley-Anthon-Oto/Charter Oak-Ute are limping into the game on a six-game losing streak.
