You won't see them this year. Probably not next year. Perhaps never. But here's 10 games between perennial national powers we'd pay to watch.

No. 4
Mission Viejo vs. Westlake

Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, Calif.)
Head coach: Bob Johnson
2010 record: 7-0
National ranking: No. 2 (Freeman Rankings), No. 9 (Xcellent 25)

Westlake (Westlake Village, Calif.)
Head coach: Jim Benkert
2010 record: 6-0
National ranking: No. 11 (Freeman Rankings); No. 8 (Xcellent 25)

Why we would like to see it? The landscape of top teams in Southern California is very murky, with a handful of undefeated teams with impressive resumes. Mission Viejo is near the top of that list, claiming convincing victories over Long Beach Poly and Bothell. Westlake has dominated the Marmonte League, but questions over its strength of schedule linger. That wouldn’t be the case if these two teams tangled.
