Volleyball Recap: Benton Central Wins Going Away Against Clinton Prairie

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Hamilton Southeastern, Benton Central was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 3-0 margin over the Clinton Prairie Gophers. The Bison have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Gophers, too.

The 3-0 score doesn't show just how dominant Benton Central was: they took every set by at least 13 points. The final score came out to 25-9, 25-4, 25-12.

The victory got Benton Central back to even at 2-2. As for Clinton Prairie, their defeat dropped their record down to an identical 2-2.

Coming up, Benton Central will square off against Lafayette Central Catholic at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Clinton Prairie, they will face off against Faith Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
