East Hamilton is a perfect 3-0 against Howard Tech since March of 2024 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Hurricanes will look to defend their home field against the Hustlin' Tigers at 5:30 p.m. East Hamilton will aim to continue their three-game streak of scoring more runs each game than the last.

East Hamilton is returning to their home field after beating Ooltewah on theirs, despite the fact Ooltewah has dominated at home this season. The Hurricanes came out on top against the Owls by a score of 5-1 on Monday.

Ooltewah's batters probably weren't too happy with Yulai Woodruff, who pitched a no hitter and racked up 15 Ks (she gave up six walks). Woodruff has been consistent recently: she hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances.

On the hitting side, the team relied heavily on Katherine Woody, who went 2-for-3 with one home run, three RBI, and one double. Those three RBI gave her a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Georgiana Kapo, who scored a run while going 1-for-2.

Meanwhile, Howard Tech lost 15-4 to Chattanooga Central on Friday. The Hustlin' Tigers haven't had much luck with the Pounders recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

East Hamilton's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Howard Tech, their loss dropped their record down to 4-7.

East Hamilton took their win against Howard Tech when the teams last played back in March by a conclusive 20-2 score. Will the Hurricanes repeat their success, or do the Hustlin' Tigers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
