Recap: Northside vs. Shaw
The Northside Patriots had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They beat Shaw by a goal, winning 4-3. The win was just what Northside needed coming off of a 7-2 loss in their prior contest.
They hit Shaw with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from
Aiden Murphy,
Aidan Arballo,
Parker Phillips, and
Andrew Kelly.
Northside's victory bumped their record up to 2-4. As for Shaw, their loss dropped their record down to 2-1-2.
Northside will stay at home for another game and welcome East Coweta at 8:00 p.m. on February 27th. East Coweta will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Northside surely won't give up without a fight. As for Shaw, they will head out on the road to challenge Cairo at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
