Softball Recap: Orange Glen Takes a Loss

After flying high against Mount Miguel last Saturday, Orange Glen came back down to earth. Orange Glen came up short against the Maranatha Christian Eagles on Tuesday, falling 25-7. The Patriots haven't had much luck with the Eagles recently, as the team has come up short the last three times they've met.

Orange Glen now has a losing record of 4-5. As for Maranatha Christian, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 3-5 record this season.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Orange Glen will challenge rival Guajome Park Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, Maranatha Christian is set to face off against their familiar foe Classical Academy at 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
