Othello is 8-2 against Quincy since December of 2016 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Saturday. Having just played yesterday, the Huskies will head out on the road to face off against the Jackrabbits at 5:00 p.m. The two teams have had a bumpy ride up to this point with five consecutive losses apiece.

In Friday's Canine Competition, Othello didn't have enough. They might have been a little too into the holiday spirit, gifting Grandview an easy 63-42 victory. The game marked the Huskies' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.

Meanwhile, after soaring to 70 points the game before, Quincy was a bit more limited in their contest on Friday. They took a 40-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of Ephrata.

Quincy's loss dropped their record down to 1-6. As for Othello, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-5.

Othello came up short against Quincy in their previous matchup back in January, falling 62-51. Can the Huskies avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
