Baseball Recap: Dover Takes a Loss

Dover has relied on a stalwart pitchers averaging 4.06 runs allowed per game, but that average took a hit on Monday. They fell 12-7 to the Manchester Memorial Crusaders. The home team had taken home the W every time these teams have met since April 22, 2019, but that streak is no more.

Dover dropped their record down to 11-5 with the loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Manchester Memorial, their victory ended a nine-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 6-9.
