Basketball Game Preview: Front Range Christian Falcons vs. Denver Jewish Day Tigers

The Front Range Christian Falcons will venture away from home to face off against the Denver Jewish Day Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Front Range Christian is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Front Range Christian duked it out withDayspring Christian Academy on Friday. Front Range Christian received a blow as they fell 53-39 to Dayspring Christian Academy.

Even though the team lost, they still had their share of impressive performances. One of the best came from Zach Woo, who posted 14 points in addition to seven steals and six boards. He is on a roll when it comes to steals, as he's now grabbed two or more in the last five games he's played. Another player making a difference was Jonah Freburg, who dropped a double-double on ten points and 11 boards.

Meanwhile, Denver Jewish Day scored the most points they've had this season on Monday, but it wasn't enough. They fell to Pikes Peak Christian 61-56. The Tigers have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Front Range Christian now has a losing record at 3-4. As for Denver Jewish Day, their loss dropped their record down to 1-3.

Front Range Christian took a serious blow against Denver Jewish Day when the teams last played back in December of 2023, falling 59-28. Thankfully for Front Range Christian, Keenan Winnerman (who went 15 of 29 on his way to 31 points in addition to eight boards and six steals) won't be suiting up this time.
