St. Luke's Episcopal entered their tilt with East Central on Saturday with five consecutive wins dating back to last season, and they'll enter their next game with six. They came out on top against the Hornets by a score of 2-0. The Wildcats have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Hornets, too.

Amelia Smith paced St. Luke's Episcopal's offense, picking up nine kills. Smith got some help from Baker Garside and her 11 assists. Smith was also solid from the service line: she led the team with four aces.

St. Luke's Episcopal's win bumped their record up to 5-0. As for East Central, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-5.
